Buffy CDs - Buffy's First Alternates

This was the first compilation of Buffy music I made. I waited until after the official Buffy music CD was released to compile this CD. No sense in having two CDs of the same music!

11	Anthony Stewart Head	The Exposition Song	4x22 - Restless	When Giles sings onstage at the Bronze during his dream, Christophe Beck (the BtVS composer) and Four Star Mary (the real band behind Dingoes Ate My Baby) are the fellows onstage with him (Chris Beck is on piano). They also recorded the actual music with Anthony Stewart Head on vocals.

17	Four Star Mary	Shadows	2x04 - Inca Mummy Girl	The music of Oz's band, Dingoes Ate My Baby, is provided by the band Four Star Mary. On stage at the Bronze at the Cultural Exchange Dance, Dingoes/FSM play "Shadows" first and then, as Xander asks Ampata to Dance, "Fate."
18	Cibo Matto	Sugar Water	2x01 - When She Was Bad	Cibo Matto is the band onstage in the Bronze. They play "Spoon" first, while Willow and Xander wait for Buffy's arrival, and then play "Sugar Water" when Buffy leads Xander onto the dance floor for her sexy dance.
19	The Flamingoes	I Only Have Eyes For You	2x19 - I Only Have Eyes For You	This song is both the title and a recurring motif in this episode, and is the song James Stanley listens to on the phonograph in the music room as he prepares to kill himself.
20	Anthony Stewart Head	Free Bird	4x20 - The Yoko Factor	This is the song Giles is playing and singing when Spike interrupts him. The song was originally written and recorded by Lynyrd Skynrd in 1973.
21	Treble Charger	How She Died	2x06 - Halloween	This song plays at the end of the episode as Oz watches Willow walk home and once again wonders who she is.
22	Splendid	You And Me	4x01 - The Freshman	Splendid performs this song onstage at the Bronze.
